The “Pop and Go” program is a unique care program that is dedicated to seniors living independently in Simcoe County and surrounding areas like Barrie, Inisifil, Collingwood, Shanty Bay, and more.

The program is designed to increase comfort and wellbeing for residents in Simcoe County, ON and the community. Its aim is to provide a little bit of care when needed.

We understand that having a full-time caregiver may not be what’s needed for your elderly loved one at this time, but everyone can use a little help here or there.

What You Can Expect?

Our “Pop and Go” program provides a dedicated, highly-trained, qualified Woodslake Home Care caregiver right to your senior’s home for various services that can greatly improve the quality of life for your senior remaining at home.

How Long Will a Service Last?

Our loving caregiver will provide care in 15-25 minute increments, which is scheduled in advance, and clustered into a 2-4 hour period (like a morning or evening period).

What Types of Senior Care Services Do You Provide?

Our services were carefully selected based on what type of care you may need.

Specifically, we considered your need for respite care to run some errands.

Perhaps you need help with bathing your senior.

Have you taken a new position at work or have a new baby at home? Your time may be tight and we can help you and your senior parent receive the care and attention to get it all done.

Our services include:

• Bathing

• Wake Up/Tuck In

• Accompanying to Medical Appointments

• Exercise and Activities

• Laundry

• Medication Reminders

• Eye Drop Administration

• Compression Stockings

• Organization (eg. mail, paperwork, etc.)

• Companionship

• Dog Walking

• Wellness Checks

How Will I Be Charged?

Services provided by that caregiver will be billed, directly to the client, in 15-minute increments. A care plan and agreement will be presented and signed by each client prior to services starting.
